Upterra Builders ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. We are a home remodeling and basement finishing contractor serving Tooele County, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out our quote form or call us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project. We collect only what you choose to share with us.

When you visit our website, we also collect basic technical details on our own, such as your browser type, your device type, and which pages you look at. This helps keep the site working and shows us which pages are useful. It is not used to figure out who you are.

How we use your information

We use your information to contact you about your project, answer your questions, and give you an estimate. We may also send you updates and reminders that have to do with your project.

We do not sell your information

We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and the tools we use to schedule work and send messages. How long we keep it

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to answer your question, finish your project, and meet our record keeping duties. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP. You can also call us to update or delete the information we have about you.

Children

Our website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
